Welcome to Sri Athi Mobiles ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our website (www.sriathimobiles.in) and mobile application. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

1. Account Creation & Eligibility

You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. Sri Athi Mobiles shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

1.3 Data Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and checkout process. We reserve the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be untrue or incomplete.

2. Electronic Communications

When you visit the Platform or send emails/messages to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us via:

• SMS / WhatsApp Notifications
• Push Notifications on the App

You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

3. Product Descriptions & Pricing

3.1 Accuracy: We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Sri Athi Mobiles does not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

3.2 Pricing Adjustments: Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and payment processed. If payment was processed, we will issue a full refund.

4. Use of Platform & Restrictions

You agree NOT to use the Platform for any of the following purposes:

• Disseminating any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material.
• Transmitting material that encourages conduct that constitutes a criminal offense or results in civil liability.
• Gaining unauthorized access to other computer systems or interfering with any other person's use of the Platform.
• Deep-linking, scraping, or using automated robots to access data without permission.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content included on this Platform, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Sri Athi Mobiles or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this Platform is the exclusive property of Sri Athi Mobiles.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sri Athi Mobiles, its owners, licensees, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Use, Service-Specific Terms, Privacy Policy, or other Policies, or your violation of any law, rules or regulations or the rights of a third party.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SRI ATHI MOBILES BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OF USE, EVEN IF THE USER HAS BEEN INFORMED IN ADVANCE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India.

Jurisdiction: Any dispute or difference either in interpretation or otherwise, of any terms of these Terms of Use shall be referred to an independent arbitrator who will be appointed by Sri Athi Mobiles. The arbitration shall be held in **Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu**. The laws of India shall apply. The courts in Tirunelveli shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.
