Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Operations

At Sri Athi Mobiles, we recognize that fast and safe delivery is crucial to your happiness. We have partnered with India's leading logistics providers (BlueDart, DTDC, Delhivery, XpressBees, and Ecom Express) to ensure your order reaches you on time in perfect condition.

2. Dispatch Timeline

Standard Dispatch: All orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are dispatched the next business day.

*Sundays and Public Holidays are non-working days for courier partners. Orders placed on these days will be dispatched on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

While we strive to deliver within the promised timeframe, delivery times are influenced by your geographic location.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an AWB Number and a tracking link via SMS, Email, and WhatsApp. You can also track your order directly on our website under "My Orders".

Note: Tracking information usually takes 4-6 hours to update after dispatch scanning.

5. Delivery Disputes

Marked Delivered but Not Received

If the tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the package, you MUST contact us within 24 hours. We will raise a POD (Proof of Delivery) dispute with the courier. Claims made after 24 hours cannot be entertained.

Damaged Package

If the outer packaging appears torn, crushed, or tampered with, DO NOT ACCEPT the delivery. Refuse it immediately and contact our support. Accepting a visibly damaged package waives your right to claim physical damage refunds.

6. RTO (Return to Origin)

If a package is undeliverable due to incomplete address, incorrect phone number, or customer refusal, it will be returned to us (RTO).

  • Prepaid RTO: We will refund the amount after deducting two-way shipping charges.
  • COD RTO: The customer account may be blacklisted from future COD orders.
