Refund & Replacement Policy

⚠️ CRITICAL: Mandatory Unboxing Video
To protect both our customers and our business, Sri Athi Mobiles requires a continuous, uncut unboxing video for any claim regarding:
- Missing items in the box
- Physical damage (cracked screen/body)
- Incorrect item received
Without this video, we will be unable to accept your claim. Please ensure the video starts before you open the outer courier packaging and clearly shows the label.
1. Return & Replacement Window
We offer a 7-Day Replacement Policy from the date of delivery. This means you have 7 days to inspect your product and report any issues.
Eligible Reasons for Replacement:
- Dead on Arrival (DOA) / Manufacturing Defect
- Product significantly different from description
- Wrong Color/Model delivered
Note: We do not offer returns on grounds of "Change of Mind" or "Did not like the product".
2. Category-Specific Guidelines

| Mobile Accessories (Cases, Cables) | Returnable within 7 days if unused and in original packaging. |
| Screen Protectors / Temper Glass | Non-Returnable once the seal is broken or applied. |
| Electronics (Headphones, Chargers) | Replacement only for manufacturing defects. No refunds. |
3. Return Pick-Up Process
Step 1: Initiation - Contact us via WhatsApp (+91 9384461531) or Email with your Order ID and Unboxing Video.
Step 2: Approval - Our support team will review the evidence. If approved, a Return Authorization will be generated.
Step 3: Pick-Up - We will arrange a reverse pick-up via our courier partners (DTDC/BlueDart) within 2-3 business days.
Self-Ship Exception: If your pincode is non-serviceable for reverse pick-up, you will be requested to self-ship the item. We will reimburse shipping costs up to ₹100 via UPI.
4. Refund Timelines
Refunds are initiated only after the product reaches our warehouse and passes the Quality Check (QC).
Prepaid Orders (Card/UPI)
Refund will be credited to the original payment source within 5-7 business days of QC approval.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Refund will be transferred via NEFT/UPI to the bank account provided by you within 3-5 business days.
